Terms & Conditions — ACID Salon

These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, services, purchases, and use of the services provided by ACID Salon (@acid.salon) (“ACID Salon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking an appointment or purchasing a service from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please provide accurate contact information when booking.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service, and the full appointment price may still apply.

If you arrive too late for the service to be completed safely or to the expected standard, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or full prepayment for future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable where the cancellation policy has been breached, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any cancellation fee will be communicated to you before being charged.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are communicated at the time of booking or displayed through our official booking channels.

Prices may change without notice for future bookings, but the price confirmed for an existing appointment will generally remain applicable unless otherwise communicated.

Payment is due immediately after the service unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.

4. Service Consultation

Before providing a service, we may ask about your preferences, previous treatments, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or other information relevant to the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information that may affect the safety or suitability of a service.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we reasonably believe that proceeding could cause harm or produce an unsuitable result.

5. Results & Expectations

Salon services are influenced by factors including hair condition, previous treatments, skin condition, maintenance, lifestyle, and individual response.

While we will work with you to achieve the agreed result, we cannot guarantee an identical result to reference photographs or images.

Any consultation or recommendation provided by ACID Salon is based on the information available to us at the time.

6. Corrections & Service Concerns

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to discuss the issue and, where appropriate, offer a correction.

Corrections are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to reasonable conditions.

Refunds, corrections, or complimentary services are not automatically available simply because a result differs from a personal preference, where the service was performed as agreed.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Personal Belongings

Please keep valuable or fragile belongings with you where possible.

ACID Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Health, Safety & Conduct

For the safety and comfort of clients and staff, we expect everyone at ACID Salon to behave respectfully.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a person to leave where there is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.

Clients must follow reasonable safety instructions given by our staff.

9. Children & Accompanying Guests

Children and accompanying guests may only attend where permitted by the salon and where their presence does not interfere with safety, staff, or other clients.

Any age restrictions for particular services will be communicated before booking where applicable.

10. Photos, Videos & Social Media

With your permission, ACID Salon may take photographs or videos of completed work for portfolio, website, or social-media purposes.

We will not intentionally use identifiable images of you for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

You may ask us not to photograph or publish your image.

11. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, promotions, discounts, and special offers may have additional conditions, including expiry dates, booking restrictions, or restrictions on combining offers.

Any additional conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase or promotion.

12. Website & Social Media

Information published through @acid.salon, our website, booking platforms, and other official channels is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.

We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every published description, image, price, or availability is continuously up to date.

13. Privacy

We may collect and process personal information necessary to manage appointments, payments, customer service, and other legitimate salon operations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

14. Liability

We take reasonable care when providing our services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Where legally permitted, ACID Salon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your booking will generally be the version in effect when the booking is made, unless a change is required by law or otherwise applies to an ongoing relationship.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ACID Salon operates, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
